About Us

The Veterans Empowered Foundation (VETEM) is a 501 c (3) Nonprofit Charitable Foundation operated, managed, and staffed primarily by women, including retired high ranking military women volunteer board members who bring decades of leadership, discipline, and strategic vision to the mission. This unique structure ensures that the foundation’s Housing Initiative is executed with precision, empathy, and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by our military men and women in uniforms, veterans and military families.
The Foundation helps fund the foundations Residential Income Housing Initiative through fundraising efforts, government grants, and generous donations. These donations help provide home ownership opportunities for our men and women in uniform who continuously put their lives on the line so we may have freedom.

Making an Impact

The Foundation use donations for:

Land acquisition and development to build new modular homes

Purchase and Renovation existing housing to create safe modern living spaces.

Purchase and install ADUs as rental housing for rental income to supplement their military salaries.
Install Solar to reduce energy costs as well as promote sustainability.
Acquire rental communities to convert into affordable and sustainable military housing communities to promote and increase long-term housing security.
Offer community support and services through these communities to ensure that our military men and women in uniform and their families thrive in a supportive, opportunity-rich environment.

OUR MISSION

VETEM Foundation is committed to ending the economic hardships and extreme housing challenges affecting our military and their families

through donations to aid fund its humanitarian housing initiatives and programs. At the core of this approach is the development and revitalization

of housing. This includes purchasing and developing land to build new housing, purchase, renovate, and modernizing existing homes and rental communities,

all the while prioritizing both affordable housing and long-term economic resilience, through innovative solutions such as installing Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) as rental units, solar panels, and solar energy storage systems for low-cost energy solutions.

At the helm of VETEM Foundation, includes retired military women leaders, contributing invaluable insights and first-hand experiences to help shape and guide VETEM’s mission, strategies, and directives, ensuring that it remains responsive to the needs of the military community.

VETEM Foundation, is unwavering in its dedication to the supporting Housing Initiative, a cornerstone of its mission to support those who serve our nation. The Program aims to provide not only secure housing but also a pathway to lasting economic wellbeing and stability.

VETEM Homes. The home builder and developer Arm of the Group. Dedicated to building affordable and sustainable housing solutions for our military and their families. Connecting military families with expert military real estate professionals and lenders to assist with their housing needs as they better understand the unique needs of the community.

VETEM Realty. The real estate brokerage Arm of the VETEM Group, serving as both the Buyer and Seller in real estate transactions to ensure seamless, guaranteed transactions for Franchisees.
