The VETEM Foundation Group’s core mission is to eliminate the housing affordability
crisis and extreme financial hardships affecting our military men and women in
uniform, veterans, and military families. We are affecting this mission through a dual
solution.
1. Build New Modular Homes, on larger lots, adding solar, and 2 or 3 ADU rental
homes
2. Purchase existing homes on larger lots, renovating, adding solar, and 2 or 3
ADUs as rental homes
A military home buyer will buy only the primary home. The ADUs are donations from
the VETEM Foundation. In return, the new homeowner/s are to rent the ADUs at a 20%
discount to military renters.
